What does this cost?
The Discovery Workshop is free. Sprint Zero runs on a fixed weekly rate, and the embedded squad works on a flat monthly rate, month to month, with no long-term contract. We walk you through exact numbers at the workshop.
How long until we see something working?
You try a working prototype on your own data during Sprint Zero, before you commit to a build. The first system your team relies on daily typically goes live within the first two to three months.
Do we need data people or AI experts on our side?
No. We bring the AI lead, the engineers and the data specialists. You bring someone who knows how the business runs. If you have an IT team we work with them, but nothing depends on it.
Our data is a mess. Is that a problem?
It is the normal starting point. Connecting and cleaning up scattered numbers is the first thing the squad does — the AI only goes to work once the data under it is trustworthy.
