Finger is always evaluating new technologies or various projects to see which will enter the production pipeline.
”We get paid to deliver business value. We don't get paid to come up with cool tech stuff that isn't going to make us money,” says Finger.
The key is to have the flexibility to give team leaders options that achieve largely the same ends.
